Large, medium and small scale industrial/service organizations/units of the following categories are eligible to be considered for the award:
- Public sector undertakings/enterprises
- Private sector organizations/projects, process & product.
- Units of government departments.
- Trade/professional associations.
- Consultancy organizations.
- Cooperatives and Individuals.
Applications will be evaluated on the basis of Award Year performance (year 2007-2008) and track record of three preceding years. |

Nominations received along with the applicable documents will be placed before a panel of judges consisting scientists/technocrats/specialists nominated by NFEH from various reputed organizations. Decision of the judges’ panel will be final for presentation of the award. |

| Annual Environmental Excellence Awards (AEEA) for the environment are given in the following four categories: |

Certificate of award and a shield will be presented in presence of several prominent personalities from government and industrial sectors during Conference on Environment Management in first week of June 2008 on the occasion of World Environment Day. |

- AWARD RULES & REGULATIONS
|
- National Forum for Environment & Health will ensure secrecy of the information of Award applications, however, NFEH will not be liable for any loss arising out of disclosure of information furnished in the application.
- The documents submitted along with the Application will not be returned.
- NFEH reserves the right to change scheme of Award at any time.
- Decision of National Forum for Environment & Health regarding Award presentation shall be final. Any appeal / canvassing or correspondence shall not be entertained.

The documents mentioned above as may be applicable to your type of industry, organization and projects are to be submitted in two copies: one in hard copy and one as soft copy in CD alongwith application Processing Fee (Non-Refundable) by a Demand Draft in favour of "National Forum for Environment & Health."
